ProbaseHQ (“we”, “us”) provides a contractor management web application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, password (stored securely), organization membership.
- App data: customers, vendors, invoices, expenses, projects, and related notes you enter.
- Usage and security data: logins, audit logs, IP/address metadata for security, and basic diagnostics.
How we use information
- Provide and secure the service (authentication, org access control, audit logging).
- Send transactional emails you expect (invites, password reset, security alerts, workflow notifications).
- Maintain and improve reliability (debugging, monitoring, abuse prevention).
We send primarily transactional/operational emails. You may be able to disable non-essential notifications in-app. Security and account integrity emails may still be sent when necessary.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example: hosting, email delivery) and only as needed to provide the service.
Data retention
We retain account and application data for as long as your organization uses the service or as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system can be 100% secure.
